Celebrating Our People

A major highlight of the conference was the celebration of the Customer Service Attendants (CSAs) and station teams who go above and beyond every day. Through the Siyakwamkela initiative meaning “We welcome you”. We continue to build a service culture rooted in warmth, professionalism, and consistency. Stories of impact from the forecourt were shared, awards were given, and the message was clear: our people are our power.

A special guest made a memorable appearance – Siya, the friendly mascot who represents the spirit of Siyakwamkela, meaning “We welcome you.” Siya is the face of Moov Energy’s CSA training programme, designed to help Customer Service Attendants master the art of delivering warm, consistent, and professional service at every forecourt. With his bright presence and positive energy, Siya reminds teams of the vital role they play in creating excellent customer experiences and upholding the Moov Energy promise of service with heart.
